Agile Coach

We are looking for a few agile coaches who are passionate about changing the way that teams view project management and product development.  Our agile coaches use their diverse life and professional experiences to aid them in the difficult work of transforming our client's existing practices into lean, fearless, and high-performance organizations.  


  • Experienced at creating a culture that's open to change and built on continuous improvement principles.
  • Has facilitated daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Trained individuals and teams on the basic tenets and mechanics of the Scrum framework.
  • Must be comfortable with silence and have a keen ability to say no.
  • Preferably holds a certification from the Scrum Alliance or
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Training Team Product Owner

The title may not make it seem like much, but this position is the basis for the entire business and we can't exist without an absolute all-star who fulfills this role.  The ideal team captain will be comfortable with ambiguity and fielding tons of questions related to all things Scrum, Kanban, Agile, training, SAFe, scaling, test taking, directions, scheduling, venues, weather, who won yesterday's game, what's Jeff Sutherland's favorite color, and whether or not you'll be in attendance at a course.  Oh, and can I get a discount with that?


  • Familiar with basic logistic coordination tasks such as guarantees, room configurations, catering requests, and audio visual setup requirements.
  • Ability to use production equipment in order to prepare and ship course materials.
  • Comfortable interfacing with high-level consultants and high-profile customers.
  • Knowledge of international currencies, travel requirements, and cultural differences as it relates to the successful delivery of training courses around the world.
  • Must be have a strong ability to develop and foster relationships with a variety of third-party vendors & suppliers.
  • Huge plus if you speak more than one language.
  • It would be helpful to the overall company culture if you were as funny as Amy Schumer but as productive as Dwight Schrute.

Scrum Training Team Lead

Individuals with a track record of learning very quickly, and who are methodical, adaptable and very highly motivated sought. The right person for this role has a natural drive to succeed and is compelled to work autonomously and also enjoys owning projects while naturally finding new ways to promote services in a way that will serve our customers and add value to the business in new & creative ways on a regular basis. 


  • In charge of in-house public course logistics.
  • Send confirmation & course reminder emails to students.
  • Prepare attendance confirmation letters for students as requested.
  • Confirm venue details the week prior to courses with venue contact.


  • Packages and ships outgoing orders as needed to fulfill private & public course requirements.
  • Physically receives (checks-in) packages and re-stocks materials accordingly.
  • Organizes and maintains course materials storage area.
  • Orders and maintains shipping and packaging supply levels.
  • Establishes relationships with key contacts at frequently used venues in order to offers solutions & quickly resolve issues with shipping & receiving as they arise.


  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and CRMs a huge plus.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, math aptitude, and the ability to perform under time constraints.
  • Strong ability to work independently and highly self-motivated.
  • Able to learn and work with great speed.
  • Able to work hard, have fun and enjoys driving projects to completion.
